How I can help you
Hi, I’m Elisha, the founder of ET Sports Rehabilitation. I graduated from St Mary’s University in Twickenham with an honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation and have since been committed to helping people move better, recover faster and perform at their best.
I provide mobile treatments across Berkshire, specialising in Sports Massage, MSK injury assessments and tailored rehabilitation plans. My approach is hands-on and client-focused. I adapt every treatment to your individual needs such as supporting recovery from injury, preventing setbacks, enhancing performance or easing everyday aches and pains.
Alongside running ET Sports Rehabilitation, I also work as a Sports Rehabilitator with 21st Century Clinic, Procision Football Academy in Newbury and Virginia Water Men’s football team. These roles allow me to work with a diverse range of clients, from athletes striving to maximise performance to individuals seeking pain relief, improved mobility and enjoy a better quality of life.
My treatments and services include sports massage, pain and injury relief, exercise programmes, injury assessments and programmes that will ease you into getting back on track.
I am registered with the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators (BASRaT) who are the professional regulators accredited by the Professional Standards Authority in health and social care.
I am also trained as a First Responder in Emergency Care (FREC3) and provide medical and first aid support for MEDIREK at public events.
